UNIDO workshop on gems & jewellery on June 8
The Federation of Pakistan Regional Standing Committee on Gems and Jewellery (FPCCI) has arranged a workshop in collaboration with Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority on June 8, 2010 at FPCCI Regional Office, Lahore Cantt. The workshop will serve as a platform for Investment Promotion Unit (IPU) of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) to present its services to private sector. The function will be attended by the members of Gold Art Promotion Council-Pakistan, Lahore Division Sarafa and Jewellers Association and other organizations hailing from all over the country. The following personalities will grace the occasion:
Mr. Shahid Rashid, CEO, SMEDA, Lahore as chief guest; Mr. Roberto Schuller, Head of Investment Promotion Unit UNIDO; Mr. Marco Pintus, Italian Trade Commission, Karachi; Ms. Sarah Rezoagli, Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of the Republic of Italy and Islamabad; Tariq Ikram, President, Italian Development Council, Karachi.
The workshop will be chaired by Mr Hamid Akhter Chadda, Vice-President, FPCCI.
